We have been going non-stop this entire week--with all we have had going on, it has been crazy, but I have still managed to get in some form of work out every day. Until today. After two super late nights in a row (fireworks and then last night a visit with a dear friend whom I haven't seen in over 10 years!), I was beyond exhausted today. So I did NOTHING. Nada. The most exercise I got was when my fingers were typing in the order for my tri shorts on Amazon.com. Oh, and my mouth was moving as I read aloud to my children for about 4.5 hours (we were nearing the end of the sixth Harry Potter and just HAD to finish today!)
I've noticed that when you lay around and do nothing all day, you really don't work up much of an appetite. :) Which is good, because I certainly didn't burn off many calories while reading. Although my voice is totally shot.
But I still HATE feeling so unproductive, so I am going to get myself up on the elliptical tonight. Right now, actually.
