"Please help Mommy not to get sick."

Lincoln was super sick all day yesterday and Ryan started feeling bad last night and stayed home from work today.
Yes, I am that mom that takes pictures of my sick kids.



Sooooo, this is what I had with my breakfast this morning...

Plus two of my kids' Flinstone vitamins, because I really love the way those things taste.  Any other ideas for staying healthy?  I've been drinking orange juice, I am going to pick up some Echinacea at the store today and I have also been taking Emergen-C.  Oh, I think I will grab some of that Airborne, too.  And I have my kids praying!  Every single prayer at our house includes, "Please help Mommy not to get sick."

Here is my training plan for the week--not so much because it will be that interesting for you, but because I need help remembering it all...
Monday: CrossFit 6-7 am, Spinning 5:30-6:30 pm
Tuesday: Strength Training 6-7 am, Swimming mid morning
Wednesday: CrossFit 6-7 am, Physical Therapy 5-5:30 pm, Run 6-6:30pm
Thursday: Spinning 5:30-6:30 am, Swimming mid morning
Friday: REST, packet pick-up 4:30 pm
Saturday: 4:30 am departure for the race!!

And as much as I love watching the Olympics, I am determined to get into bed by 9:00 pm every night this week!  And at some point this week I also need to learn how to change a tire on my bike.
