Lemme hear ya!

I'm Lindsay. I'm a mom, a beginning triathlete, a cook and a home economist. I'm constantly trying to find the balance between all these roles--juggling the different demands of life and hoping to succeed at all of it! I feel very passionately about health and fitness, not just for myself, but for my kids as well. I love to cook yummy foods and especially to find new recipes and alter them to make them healthier. I love to spend time being active with my family--and to make it fun! I'm certainly not an expert, or an athlete, but I keep on trying and hope to set that example for my kids.
